What to Expect as a New Patient
Taking the first step can feel like a lot — but we’re here to make it easier. Here’s what the process looks like from your first contact to ongoing care.
1. Begin Here
New patients, click the link below to submit initial screening questions so that we can ensure we are the best fit for your needs. While we review, we’ll secure a tentative appointment for you.
2. Receive Confirmation
Once your screening question responses are reviewed, we’ll confirm whether we’re the right fit for your care. If so, your appointment will be confirmed and we’ll move forward in the process. If not, we’ll notify you and release the tentative appointment so you can explore more appropriate options.
3. Meet with Your Provider
Your intake appointment is the first step in starting care. During this session, you and your provider will get to know each other, discuss your needs, and create a treatment plan designed to support your mental wellness. To ensure a smooth visit, please complete your new patient paperwork before your appointment.
4. Engage in Your Personalized Treatment Plan
Based on your individual needs, you’ll meet with your provider on a schedule tailored to you. Ongoing care may include follow-up visits, medication management, and continued support as you work toward your treatment goals.
